get Endometriosis recognized as a disability.

Created by S.H. on January 30, 2014

Endometriosis is a debilitating, invisible illness that effects over 176 million women worldwide. Women with Endo have to deal with severe chronic pain daily. Pain that can be so bad that it's impossible to get out of bed. Endo also causes Chronic Fatigue and Infertility. And it doesn't only effect the reproductive organs, it can also spread to the bowels, the bladder, and other organs, making it difficult to even go to the bathroom.
I, myself, was diagnosed when I was 15. Now, I'm 19, and I'm still trying to figure out how to live with it on a day-to-day basis. It's hard for me to keep a job due to the pain, which is why I think Endometriosis should be listed as an official disability.
