Get equality for Contracted employees with no Holiday pay or Paid time off (PTO)

I am writing this because millions of workers that are contracted to work for other companies, Do not receive PTO or Holiday pay I truly believe there is an inequity for the contracted worker. It does not make sense that contracted employees are not offered PTO or holiday pay.
I know an employer has the right to hire anyone, in any capacity they choose but this is borderline discriminatory actions. The employees get PTO and holiday pay. Someone on disability does not get less money in November because of Thanksgiving and Black Friday. Or in December because of Christmas Eve and Christmas.
