Get EVERYONE in America reasonable access to high speed internet.

Lets get all of America's rural communities access to high speed internet. Technically we have access to high speed internet by satellite, but many can not afford it and it is unreliable. There have been states that are trying to get this reform going,but there are still problems. For example; Massachusetts just launched a fiber optic network in western mass, but the town have to bring it to the households. I know in my town that the town officials don't have a clue what it is and believe in its false myths. We need to educate everyone on this and make towns look into it. As a student without high speed access there have been several assignments I could not do and research can be next to impossible sometimes. As technology speeds up rural communities fall further and further behind.
