The United States having been the founder of the internet you would think we would be its leading innovator. This is not the case in fact. I know we can not get the whole U.S.A. to go to faster speeds all at once we are just to big but, I do think that we should do it in little bits. So for example we upgrade half of Vermont then finish up when we have the money then hit New York something along those lines.
