The FBI have labeled fans of the band ICP (Insane Clown Posse) a "loosely organized hybrid gang". Yet, they are not. This claim needs taken down, as it has affected law-abiding citizens, even a few soldiers with tattoos from ten years back! We are no more a gang than the fans of any other band.
