Mr president, congress and Senate:
As you all know, Joaquin Guzman, also known as el chapo, has been arrested by Mexican navy and is currently serving a long-term sentence in a maximum security prison, but, on just one year, he said he and other inmates have been treated like animals, meaning, no healthcare services, nobody would be allowed to receive visits, food is not good, and sometimes tortured by prison guards. As far as I know, the FBI wants to work with homeland security officials to get Mexico extradite Guzman to states like California, Texas and Illinois, to serve jail time for murder, drug trafficking, and other crimes he or his own criminal mafia are accused of, if US wants to held most wanted criminals like him, US needs to pass this immigration bill.
