Google allows bullying and harassment to continue on in Google+ communities. Reporting a community and posts within the community go unnoticed. A prime example is a community called Truther Wars. https://plus.google.com/communities/104374887544785128034
The community owner, Caliberhitter, whose real name is Felix Pantaleón, Jr., posts under multiple accounts daily. He relentlessly harasses people, makes false allegations and threats, posts personal information, and makes YouTube videos about people. He also calls people's homes, their families, and records conversations.

Google needs to remove all accounts used by Felix Pantaleón, Jr. and the Truther Wars Google+ community.
