Get institutional control over the Internal Revenue Service and other government agencies.

The Internal Revenue Service has taken money from my tax returns and referred me to Butler County Child Support Enforcement. The current Internal Revenue Service policy is that states have the right to overturn United States Federal Judges rulings without court hearings and that if states file paperwork they will take tax returns even when money is not owed. I am calling on the Obama administration and Congress to protect the rights of taxpayers by disallowing the Internal Revenue Service from taking tax returns without so much as a court hearing. The current policy lacks institutional control and allows for corrupt government employees to file paperwork and commit theft of tax returns even when money is not owed.
