get involved in the case of Nolan S. Bates becoming service connected disabled.

Created by N.B. on May 14, 2014

I am a Marine vet that is catastrophically disabled due to Multiple Sclerosis. I lost the use of my arms and legs. I suffered a heat related injury while serving in the Marine Corps and was placed in an ice bath which I later found out possibly caused nerve damage that worsened my symptoms of M.S. causing it to get to the point it has. I have been trying for 8 years to become service related and once was even sent a letter saying I was and was in the rating process just to have it taken away from me by a doctor that interviewed me and gave false statements about what I said during the interview even though I had two witnesses . My symptoms began seven moths after my discharge I kept working when most would have quit with my symptoms, this was held against me.
