Our politicians are bought. They are bought by lobbyists who work for corporations which leads to laws that do not represent the people but those who line the politicians pockets. My petition for Constitutional Amendment is threefold:
1) All federal elections will be publicly financed. All federally elected officials cannot work for any corporation or subsidiary of that corporation they regulated while in office in any capacity for 10 years.
2) An individual's right to vote cannot be infringed for any reason
3) Corporations are amoral entities created to produce goods and services for profit. They do not have the same rights as humans (individuals)
