Montana does not belong in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals which encompasses CA, OR, WA, MT, ID, NV and AZ with a combined population of over 62,000,000 citizens. We need to be moved under the jurisdiction of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals which now encompasses WY, UT, CO, NM, KS and OK and a combined population of only about 17,000,000.
The 9th Circuit Court has been devastating to the economy and freedom of Montana for decades. The 9th Circuit Court is by far the most overturned and overburdened Court in the country. The 10th Circuit States are more aligned with our economy and political mindset. Please urge Congress to put Montana into the 10th Circuit Court.
