I would like to see, Mr. Dolan from the FHFA agree to principal reductions for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac backed mortgages.. This would help so many families..
The big banks are doing this, and it kills me when i see people saying they are getting $72,000- 245,000 taken off there mortgages...
We need the same help they are getting. This would help people so much. There are people that are behind, not because they could not afford there mortgages, but because of medical crisises, caring for parents, older children with kids, who were injured or needed medical care, main breadwinner having surgery after surgery...
So please reconsider and help these families that need it the most...
