Get my Granddaughter out of Protective Custody in North Carolina.

Created by E.T. on January 06, 2013

On March 14th 2012, My son and his girlfriend were chasing a drink and killed their two year old daughter. The other child is still alive, she is now in custody of a foster parent in North Carolina. The foster parents want to adopt the five year old. They refuse to let me (the grandmother) fight to get her. We have went to court 10 times, and the attorney I thought was helping me was being paid to make sure I do not get my grandchild. The parents signed over their rights of the child to the state, but are being able to decide where she will be placed. The parents do not want our family to get her and we are located in SC. We are asking for as much help as we can get. If there is anything anyone can do we very much appreciate it. We want our baby home we have missed enough time of her life
