We need to have a national lottery set up. 2-3 drawing per week, similar to the powerball, but not exactly like it. The money from it needs to be LOCKED DOWN to pay ONLY into:
30% national debt
20% infrastructure
10% Obamacare, Medicaid & Medicare
10% police & military
10% emergency fund
10% Social Security
10% prize money & upkeep
Put a limit on the number of tickets people can buy per drawing to 20, maybe 30, and they can do it like this: They must scan a state ID/drivers license into a machine that says either "yes" and prints them out or "No" and flashes "Limit met" or "Invalid ID". This will also insure that the checks get issued to the ones who buy the tickets, and the winners get a call.
No, it is not "the answer" to all the problems; but it is a step in the right direction!
