Reduce the Federal budget to the 2000 budget level and freeze it there for 10 years. Enact a new tax code based on a 10% tax on individuals and business gross income from any source. Eliminate all loop holes, subsidies, deductions, exemptions. If necessary,enact an adjustable 6% (maximum) sales tax. Pay off the National debt and require a balanced budget after the 10 years.
