This is a petition for the US American, Otto Warmbier that is being detained in North Korea on "hostile acts against the DPRK". He was a sentenced to 15 years hard labor. He supposedly tried to steal a poster from a staff only area in a hotel he was staying at. This is cruel and unjust treatment. He is being used as a bargaining tool!
