This is a petition to create a psychological evaluation test for a person to pass prior to the purchase of a firearm. The petition request the government, NRA, and mental health professionals come together to develop an evaluation test that can determine a persons state of mind. Which maybe able to prevent a person with mental disorders or personalities that may do harm others from purchasing firearms.
All corrections officers must take a test of this type in order to carry a firearm.
