The problem is the invasion of privacy and risk of physical harm that arises when assisting individuals with disabilities with their toileting needs in public restrooms, specifically toddlers to adults who are non-ambulatory. I have a 12 year old son who is now 76 lbs. and 54 in. tall. He has Spastic Quad Cerebral Palsy. He has a diagnosis of incontinence and requires the use of diapers. He also uses a wheelchair.
Baby changing tables in public restrooms are not suitable for those who are unable to use the restroom themselves or those who are still in diapers and cannot use the toilet. Caregivers worldwide are changing their loved ones on filthy restroom floors. This is unsanitary, dangerous, & undignified. It's discrimination and violates their civil rights. There's no equality!
