Get the proper supplies to deploying troops!

I ask that something be done with the supply system to the military. It can take anywhere from a few weeks to a year to receive essential parts or materials for military. Even something as small as batteries for security force flash lights. It comes to the point where some personnel become so impatient it comes from there own pocket to buy these items. This in my opinion is UNSAT. I know not everyone supports the military and a lot of money goes towards us. I'm asking that our supply system be revamped. Look who we are buying from, we aren't going through the lowest bidder. A bolt, just a regular old household bolt cost the government 45 dollars each on an order I placed one time when I could of went to Home Depot and spent 2 dollars. But yet you want to take money out of our pay checks!
