This site has no professional thinking behind it..it seems. Maybe an example of approach the government takes to solviing problems. "Get the guy who can get it done"...very diffrent from "get the besy guy". Example of what I am talking about is: when you go to sign a petition and come back to list you have to start from the top, not where you left it. It almost seems to be different list of pettions, i.e. they are ordered differently. A good IT guy would not have missed that error. Why would you direct a user back to top of list unless you did not want user to read all petitions? And why would you send THE PEOPLE canned responses? Start picking the best not just the barely capable. Start getting the best people from industry to advise how to get it done. Make it a National resouce.
