Machine Guns should be more readily available to the people. The people need the ability to stand against tyranny. The bill has had almost no effect on crime. Machine Guns are still being converted and made bye crimminails. Any responsible gun owning americain will not use a gun to commit a crime. Why punish all when few disobey. Not to mention whatever you do will not make a criminal follow what the law says. The ban of 1986 on Machine Guns should be up lifted.
