Get rid of all electronic voting machines, and only count the paper ballots with reciepts. Abolish electorial college .

This will stop all the election fraud and elect the people that win the most votes. The electorial college is simple out dated and doesn't make sence today. Make sure everyone get a reciept for thier vote so they all could be recounted. Effective all future Elections
