Common Core is an unnecessary change to our nation's curriculum. There is no reason to generalize our childrens' thinking on math, as math is an exact science, not a generalization. Furthermore, as none of the adults in this country were raised on common core thinking, it is causing undue amounts of stress and frustration to both parents and schoolchildren alike. Let us have our old math back.
