Get rid of corporate personhood and make a cap on how much corporations can give to political campaigns.

Created by M.H. on December 03, 2012

Corporations have had the liberty to give endless amounts of money to political campaigns and the Federal Election Commission has still not decided the maximum amount corporations can give. The problem with corporations being people and being able to give endless amounts of money to political campaigns is that their money is having influences on what politicians do rather than the peoples voice. In order to have a more pure democracy and avoid corruption in our government corporations and big business in general needs to stay out of political campaigns and elections. If people in corporations want to give money that's fine, but when a business gives money you have to wonder why and what kind of power they have over that politician. It's time to promote business and cut corruption.
