Get rid of daylight saving time.

Created by J.S. on February 05, 2013

In my opinion, Daylight Saving Time creates more problems than it fixes. Issues that arise from DST include fatigue, drowsiness, loss of productivity, and other detrimental effects on the human body. Furthermore, any energy that DST purports to save in the evening is used up the next morning (especially toward the very beginning and the very end of DST), with the need for more artificial light because of sunrise being as late as 7:30 or 8:00 AM depending on one's location. There have even been cases of health equipment's programming being thrown off due to the semi-annual time change.

The only good thing that I can think of about DST is that children can go out and play after dinner. Other than that, is simply a nuisance, and its benefits are outweighed by its detriments.
