Get rid of the Electoral College and replace it with the Condorcet election method, in which voters rank candidates and the winning candidate is the one who wins all pairing. The Electoral College is an unfair system in which not all votes are equal. The Electoral College reduces the chance that a third party can win and makes it likely that a popular third party candidate will act as a spoiler. The Condorcet election method is the most fair election system and makes it unlikely that a third party candidate will act as a spoiler.
