Get rid of the electoral college

The electoral college was originally established because it would be impossible for the federal government to effectively count all the votes so they made a way for the states to do the hard part and now its time to change because some peoples votes are worth more than others and technically speaking you only need 21.91% of voters to vote for you to become president so i think that to be as fair as possible we should remove the electoral college and make it popular vote so the person with the majority vote wins
