Get rid of the Electoral College and reform the voting system.

Replace the Electoral College system with a system in which the President is chosen by popular vote in a runoff voting system, where citizens number the candidates from most to least favorable, and the votes "runoff" from the candidate with the least votes to the next favorable candidate, and so on and so forth. This system would encourage voting for third party candidates, and would much more accurately represent the will of the American people than the current system does. A candidate would always win with a majority of votes in this system, which would eliminate elections (Like the election in 2000) in which a candidate with a minority of the votes won the election.
