Homework. A couple extra hours of work after a long day of school, puts tremendous amounts of stress and pressure on a young mind, may cause children to burn out or lose their passion for learning new things, and can cause conflict between parent and child. When kids get home from school they need to relax and have fun but if they come home with a mountain of homework they can become very stressed. Doing homework may cause a failure to develop social skills as a kid. Coming home with a massive amount of homework can make it so that you cant hang out with friends, or spend a lot of time with your family. I know I probably cant do much because I am just an 11-year old kid, but I have hope. Right now I cant help my family hang up Christmas lights because I have to do homework. Please sign.
