Get rid of interest rates on student loans and instead charge a fee.

Student loans are what is making the youth broke. Not only is it making the youth broke, but it is also increasing the gap between the rich and the poor. The poor cannot afford to go to college so they must take loans to pay off their education which leads them to take on longer work hours which then leads to lower grades. On the other hand, the kids whose parents were able to afford to send them to college don't have to take out loans or not as much as the poor ones which leads them to focus more on their studies and finish college on time without working as many hours as the poor kid.
