Get rid of the low server wages and pay them the same minimum wage as everyone else

It is unfair that servers struggle due to the fact employers are allowed to pay them a mere 2.00 an hour and then the majority of the customers don't tip. Employers tell you that if you don't make up for the minimum wage then you aren't doing your job and you get written up. So many servers don't want to lose their job and claim more than they ever actually make. 75% of customers don't tip or tip very minimal. A server works very hard and the customers should not be responsible for compensating what the employers don't pay
