The filibuster rule which has been abused to obstruct legislation which would help our economy needs to be reviewed and either eliminated or changed so it can only be used in certain circumstances.
This rule( filibuster ) has been used by the minority to simply obstruct any legislation which does not meet a political ideology or parties beliefs or for political gain!
Eliminating this rule would mean that our vote would once again have meaning and would stop a lot of the gridlock in congress which would go a long way in getting our economy back on track
