With all the concerns about whether to go to college, being from another state shouldn't have to be one of the main concerns for those who want to continue their education. Many potential college students are often discouraged from applying to the institution that has the program they are looking for, because they cannot afford the higher tuition costs of living out-of-state, a form of financial segregation against non-residency. If this obstacle to college is eliminated, then not only would education become more affordable, but also those same people would be able to start the career they have wanted, and be able to afford a program that educates them for new niches within industries (ex. at-home health services), or even for creating a niche within an industry.
