I want to petition the developement of the United States Penny. In today's economy, the penny has become useless, and has ended up in landfills everywhere. We (the people) pay for a United States tender that becomes more and more irrelevant with inflation every year. I propose that we should stop developing the penny, and even consider the nickel, and begin to round all purchases.
