By signing this petition you agree that the penny is an out-dated form of United States Currency and it needs to be retired. This petition is saying that the penny is more of a hassle than it is worth. To make each penny it cost roughly 1.8 cents, this is a waste of tax payers money. This petition is supporting one small step of many that need be taken to create a large reform of the U.S. economic system.
