Reduce the PERSONAL ENTITLEMENT PROGRAMS that our Washington government has voted for themselves. Such as: their own healthcare and life long retirement benefits even after only 1 year of service. Our governing body should not be living better than the rest of the USA, they are supposed to be 'Servants' and want to do it for the "good of the country", not the "good of their wallet". First start with cutting your own personal benefits before cutting those retired and on Social Security.
