To get rid of private and government agencies policy regarding background checks for people with poor credit.

There are thousands of people that currently unemployed. Due to the harsh reality this government along with private industries have used the technique of running credit reports. That would predetermine if that person was trustworthy. Yet due to the lacking economy that neither side of the government wants to take responsibility for. Having bad credit should not stop a person from seeking employment. The truth is our large number of unemployed is simply from employers and one of the largest enterprise running credit checks stating we don't trust out people. We need to g9 back to the basics and understand we all have the right for employment and this is also another form of discrimination.
