Get rid of public school systems. Either have private schools or have only home schools.

If home schools or private schools are used, let the teachers be tax exempt. The money parents into these schools are tax deductible. You will have less bullying, and school violence and parents will be able to choose the majority of subjects taught and how they will be taught. Public schools are failing at record rates. They have implemented subjects and library books that kids should have a choice to study and read at any given time. Our governments shouldn't control this. If more people home schooled then more time would be spent their children. Being the economy is horrible, let parents teach and have an income. Too much money is being put into schools that doesn't help all kids. Just the ones in sports and "popular" after school activities. Let all kids have a chance.
