Dress codes completely go against our freedom of speech. We shouldn't have to wait until summer to wear what we want. If our parents don't care, why should the school?
The way we dress doesn't have anything to do with if we turn out to be sluts or not. Teachers don't understand that dressing like a nun won't keep a girl from being a slut, so why punish the rest of us?
It's unnecessary and it breaks our creativity. I have a love for skater dresses, the ones with lace at the top and cut outs and criss-cross backs but that doesn't make me a slut.
It's a stupid rule, to say the least. Teenagers should be able to dress the way they want to.
