We as the people have a right to smoke in our homes, cars, and outside. Our business like bars are going under making less jobs because no one wants to drink where they can't smoke. It is americans rights that we are free to do anything we want to our body so how is it that saying where we can and cannot smoke is legal? I say we get rid of this ban!
