The whole No Childeft Behind Act was a great idea at the time that it was created, but it really is only holding more kids behind then before and is potentially preventing graduation. I believe that if SOLs did not exist then so many more kids would exceed in school. These SOLs are more difficult than anything being taught for them and the people who make them couldn't even pass them, nor could the teachers.
