We, the undersigned, would like to petition the government to take stupid people out into the middle of the Ocean. (any Ocean will do) and just push them off of the barge or ship. Preferably far enough out so that they will not be able to make it back into any country or society. By signing this petition, we would also support channeling money from any welfare recipient that has been in any welfare or food stamp program for more than one year.
