For years students have been blamed for America's lousy education rankings. Have we ever thought about the teachers? Teachers sit around while they throw work at students and don't teach them. The only reason why they don't teach is because of tenures. We need to get rid of tenures as soon as possible.
If we abolish tenures teachers will be forced to teach, students will be taught a whole lot better, and America's education ranking will go up. America has the potential to be ranked on top again. More standardized tests will never help the situation. We the people need to realize what the real problem is with America's education system.
