This is for personal Defense, not necessarily national. We need a President who will stand up for what he believes, not seem soft to opposition. Tell us what you believe; tell us where you stand on issues without worrying about who you are going to offend. Talk to us more, tell us stories. Accept the fact that you will make enemies, but you will gain their respect if you stand firm. Hope has faded, but it is still lingering out there on the horizon. Be strong, seem strong, and go get 'em! This will also help if your campaign doesn't go extremely negative in the coming year, take the high road. If you give us leadership, which your opponents clearly lack, you will have our support, and can win reelection with ease.
