The uptick rule has been taken off and the shorters on wall street can keep shorting a stock over and over. There shouldn't be shorting in the stock market in the first place. Naked shorts are completely ridicules. These people borrow these stocks to sell so the stock goes down and the market with it. They do not have a penny in them. This needs to be changed now. They are responsible for trillions of dollars being lost in the stock market.
