Get subjectivity out of bathrooms.

It has become apparent that it is no longer acceptable to subjectively judge based on looks or genitalia which bathroom someone is to use, and we must implement an objective criteria. Henceforth, all bathroom signs in America and its territories should be made labeled either XY or XX with a coordinating picture. In recognition that not everyone falls into these two categories, all government owned buildings should be made to include a third bathroom that is available to all people, granted that it only allows one at a time. The third bathroom should be optional for private business, and shall not be punished if choosing not to include it. A tax credit may incentivize business that do choose to include a third bathroom, as well as the ability to greater serve their customers.
