I had the thought after reading and hearing and seeing these millionaires or richer using money on all the useless glamor and private transports and the thought was "why don't these guys with so much wealth burning a hole in their pockets use it on something more lasting?"
They could help so many cities and towns in the United States with all that wealth they are hoarding and stashing away in other countries banking systems to avoid taxes on it. School's could get repairs or upgrades if needed, ruined cities could get help faster (maybe), unfixed roads could be repaired, structures repaired and put to use, shelters could shelter more people (and animals).
So much could be done and used on to help people get working or new places open to hire workers that aren't too good to work.
