Get troops out of Middle East and stop building bases on foreign soil.

In 2007, Barack Obama said he'd have all troops out of Iraq by March 31st, 2009. In 2009, when he did not do so, he said by the end of 2010. Now, well after the end of 2010, he says the end of 2012. Assuming re-election, the lies and procrastination will continue, and we might as well have had John McCain's foreign policy in place. Remind President Obama what he promised us, and to follow through.
