Considering Russia has criminally invaded the sovereign territory of a neighboring country.
-- and that the 1994 Budapest Memorandum commits the US, the UK, and Russia, to guarantee Ukraine's security when it gave up its nuclear bombs
-- and the failure of this guarantee is a spur to every state to get their own nukes, like Iran
-- and merger with Russia is rejected by 59% of Crimeans; and the illegal referendum w/o a "no change" choice will be held under armed intimidation and fraud
-- and this aggression by Russia on a neighbor destabilizes Europe and is the worst aggression since Georgia
-- and this aggression subjects the Turkic Tatars to further threats, after a history of Soviet genocide
-- and Turkey, by the Montreux Convention, has absolute control over this zone
