Get the USS Pueblo back from North Korea or cut off all aid until the Pueblo is returned to the United States of America

I would like to petition the United States Government to retrieve the only commissioned United States ship still captured by a foreign country the USS Pueblo. As a veteran of the United States Navy I find it infuriating that the North Koreans still have our ship and I want the government to do whatever it takes to get her back for us
